A roundtable where i learnt a lot about best practices in design that place the user at the center and to reflect on the need for greater usability, inclusivity, and fairness in all aspects of people’s lives in their daily interaction with services. What contribution can Public Administration’s design bring to the broader world of design regarding these themes? How can the needs of inclusion be reconciled with the requirements for speed and the approximations of the digital realm? How can the private sector embrace these innovations? What positive synergies can be established to enhance citizens’ lives?
