Travelling have never been so easy: tons of services, platforms, aggregators help us everyday to go from point A to point B at the cheapest price possible. But the vast majority of travellers agrees on Tim Cahill quote “A journey is best measured in friends, not in miles”. How can we create a service that gathers people around their interests and reciprocal preferences to build up the greatest journey experience? Together is easier, together is cheaper, together is better.
FlyWithMe is an Italian start-up that mediates people’s desires and the organised travel offer through an hybrid search engine / social network.
As a design consultant, I took the lead after a first development phase in which the founders identified the key opportunities and the market space. With them, I conducted a series of meeting in order to structure a brief aiming at defining the key product strategy together with a minimum viable brand, from logo to key colors and basic stationary necessary for the pitching stage of the company.
After that first phase, I started defining the UX workflow of the platform and starting building a UI over it in order to reach a final mockup and related complete working flow on the B2C and B2B side of the service
