I had the chance to take part to the birth of the MakrShakr, during Milan Design Week and Google I/O 2013 in San Francisco, CA. the world first robotic bartending system.
We were asked to explain the concept of first industrial revolution to a wide audience: this system allowed everybody to design his own cocktail through a simple mobile interface and enjoy their creations, having sophisticated machinery doing the repetitive part of the job.
Responsibilities
I contributed to the concept creation phase collaborating with the MIT team, prepared presentations for sponsors, building up the contractor team on the design side, guided the implementation of the product interacting with the robotic integration company, as well as operatively deployed the installation both in Milan and in California.
